Project information

When you send a project brief, we store your name, email address, specifications and any reference image so our team can review your request. Submit only artwork you are permitted to share. A saved brief is not an order, payment or confirmation of email delivery.

Access and storage

Project briefs are stored in the HOLLISBROOK content system. Customer information and uploaded project references are available through the protected owner dashboard. They are not published as portfolio images.

Optional contact services

If an email forwarding service or WhatsApp contact is configured, the relevant contact step may open that provider. You choose whether to send a WhatsApp message. Each external provider has its own privacy terms. Without configured forwarding, a brief is saved in our dashboard only.

Analytics and preferences

Analytics and advertising measurement are disabled until HOLLISBROOK configures its own measurement identifiers. Once enabled, those providers may process browser, device and visit information and use cookies. We do not intentionally include project messages, email addresses or uploaded designs in analytics events. Your language preference is stored in your browser. A team link can save a 30-day routing preference.

Questions and changes

Use the project brief form and describe your request if you need to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted. We review requests alongside ongoing orders and applicable obligations.
