Send your front and reverse ideas, dimensions, quantity, finish, packaging and delivery ZIP code. Include exact wording and any reference images you have permission to use.
Review the details
Discuss artwork, base thickness and raised relief, colors, edge details and numbering. Confirm whether images are digital concepts or photographs of finished pieces.
Confirm your quote
Review product and mold costs, shipping scope, applicable fees, payment schedule and timing in writing. The online estimate is for reference only. No purchase or payment is made through the estimator.
Approve production & delivery
Check spelling, logos and both sides of the artwork before approval. Production and shipping schedules must be confirmed for your order; entering an in-hand date is a request, not a delivery guarantee.
Shipping to your destination
We manufacture in China and serve U.S. customers. Final shipping depends on packed weight, shipment dimensions, service and destination. Duties, taxes and remote-area charges must be clarified in the written quote; do not assume they are included in a reference estimate.

What do you need for a quote?
Share the quantity, diameter or width and height, base thickness, front and reverse designs, finish, packaging, delivery ZIP code and in-hand date. A sketch or reference image is a helpful starting point.
Can I see both sides before production?
Review the front and reverse artwork with us, including spelling, colors, finish and placement. Confirm the final specifications and quote before authorizing production. A digital proof represents the design; ask about a physical sample if you need to evaluate the actual finish.
How do I choose a coin size?
Start with the amount of lettering and detail in your design. For comparison, 1.5 inches is 38.1 mm, 2 inches is 50.8 mm and 2.5 inches is 63.5 mm. Share your artwork so we can discuss legibility and dimensions.
Is base thickness the same as total thickness?
No. Raised 3D elements can extend beyond the base. Tell us both the base thickness and the desired relief, and confirm the maximum overall thickness with your quote.
What is the minimum order and production time?
Minimum quantities and lead times depend on the design, process and current production schedule. Tell us your quantity and the date you need the coins in hand; we will confirm feasibility before you order.
Does the online estimate include everything?
It is a planning reference, not a final offer. Product pricing appears only when your specifications match an available price rule. Reference shipping is shown separately. Artwork details, actual weight, packaging, destination, duties and other charges need written confirmation.
